Development Research Group (DRG) is a research and evaluation organisation specialising in development policy and practice in Afghanistan. Its work supports locally-led development and ensures that policy debates and practice are informed by and connected to the people that are affected by them.
DRG designs and implements in-depth social research and carries out policy and program evaluations that generate critical insights to support evidence-based decision-making by humanitarian, development and other relevant stakeholders. It convenes policy dialogues and leverages its team’s decades of professional experience to mentor and provide executive education to a new generation of Afghan women and youth leaders in academia and development research, evaluation and practice.
