Empowerment for Her’s work is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to live in freedom, dignity, and equality. Its mission is to uplift silenced voices and ensure that women’s rights are recognised and protected globally.  

Empowerment for Her works directly with women fighting for change by supporting frontline women human rights defenders in Afghanistan, through solidarity, emergency financial assistance, and technical support. It collaborates with INGOs and engages with international policymakers to ensure that Afghan women’s voices are heard at the highest levels. Its activities also include a pilot microbusiness programme (“PAREI”) that gives women the skills to achieve economic security.
